Why is there an added fees for Credit Card and other payment facilities?

We are an Australian company who manufactures our products here and we do not have the profit margins to absorb the credit card and payment facilities fees. To remain in business, we have to pass this fee back onto the client. If you’d like to avoid these fees, please email us with your order and we can invoice you directly. Bank transfers have no surcharge for Trix and therefore no surcharge for our clients.
