These tabless aerial rings are ideal for studios, professionals & competitors. It provides the highest level of certification available for circus equipment. It has been designed and certified by an RPEQ to Australia Standards (AS/NZS 1554.6).
Work with a sling above or a silky tissu set up. Be creative! Extend your aerial ring choreography to include movement above the ring inside a soft fabric loop.

Design Components
Unlike other aerial hoops, tabless aerial rings have no lifting tab or clip off point. You can use a standard sling or a silky sling to attach them to your rigging. Our solid aerial rings are made of 22mm stainless steel bar, our hollow aerial rings are made of 25mm stainless steel tube and our semi-solid hoops are made of 27mm stainless steel pipe.
Trix Circus Engineer Certified Aerial Hoops (manufactured from 15 November 2023) are certified for the below loads by Point Engineering/Jade Engineering. These load ratings are from a theoretical analysis for certification purposes and do not replace physical testing. Previous destruction testing has proven the hoops yield a higher MBS (minimum breaking strain) due to work hardening processes (EN1993-1-4 Annex B).
• Material properties are formulated according to EN1993-1-4 Annex C.Â
• All welds are completed in accordance with AS/NZS 1554.6.
Ratings for other Trix Circus hoops are derived solely from NATA certified destructive testing, they are not engineer certified. If you’d like to know more about the difference between the types of hoop and certification, please read our blog here.
We use INSIDE DIAMETER as our measurement. The standard sizes are 75cm (kids), 85cm, 90cm, 95cm and 100cm.
